My Notes

Market guide

Zillow predicts Stapleton home values will increase 2.4% next year, compared to a 1.2% rise for Denver as a whole. Among Stapleton homes, this home is 36.3% less expensive than the midpoint (median) home, but is priced 34.9% more per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Stapleton, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 95.6% less than in Denver, and 96.2% lower than the national average. This lower local number could help Stapleton home values rise more quickly than other regions in Denver.
