If you are interested in a great family home and neighborhood with a very short commute to MacDill, this is it! Yard is already landscaped and has sprinkler system. First floor features; Chef's kitchen with all the upgrades; granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, upgraded cabinetry, and plenty of space; lots of cabinets and large pantry, large island with space for barstools, this is a great kitchen for those who love to cook! Four piece bath in main area with natural lighting and lovely tiles, front room can be used as an office or small bedroom, open concept kitchen/living room area features arches and unique windows, dining area with arch adjacent to the kitchen is the perfect size for a large dining table, Master bedroom is huge with beautiful ceiling fan and crown molding. King size bed/furniture are not a problem at all, Master bath has dual sinks, lots of counter space, separate garden tub and shower and large walk-in closet, laundry room is on the first floor, entire first floor has beautiful tiles except for the front room and Master bedroom, which are carpeted . Second floor features: large space that can be used as a family room/living room/playroom, four piece bath, and two very nice good sized bedrooms with walk in closet. The second floor is carpeted. There is a separate A/C thermostat control unit for the second floor, every bit of this home is energy efficient! Backyard is privacy fenced with a couple of oak trees, maple tree, and orange tree (all very young).
