Neighborhood Description
Marston Slopes is a quiet pocket neighborhood of custom and semi-custom homes. The neighborhood is well maintained and has a small community park. This is a great neighborhood for families whose children commute to near by Colorado Academy or D'Evelyn.
 

What I love about the home

We love the large entertainment areas & kitchen, all of the hardwood floors and the hard-to-find large bedrooms & storage spaces. We also love the quick and easy commute to downtown Denver.
