The subivision was developed in 1993 and contains 105 homes built around an 11 acre pond that provides year round fishing and calming tranquility to its homeowners. There is an asphalt walking path that goes along the western and northern borders of the pond. Our planned unit development is governed by CC&Rs, By-Laws, and a Charter, while the common area rules are posted at the 2 entrances to the walking path. The neighborhood is an active member of the Neighborhood Watch system. The homeowner common area also consists of a gazebo and city park quality, yet private property, playground. Many of the association's social activities take place at the gazebo. Our social get togethers really set this neighborhood apart. A favorite event is the Memorial Day Pig Roast.
