Building Dept letter states 2207sq.ft. of allowable coverage. Buyer would need to buy allocation ($1,400.) but no site assessment necessary. (BldgDept has 13-14 allocations for sale right now.) Re:STPUD sewer capacity units = property has 3 (2 toilets + 1 kitchen). Since home burned STPUD has suspended quarterly payments.
