Please don't use the $/sq. foot numbers provided by Zillow - they are way off! I calculate it at $251/sq. ft, considerably less than what they show for the competition. Please feel free to check my math. Lots of windows for a light and open feeling. Laundry room upstairs near bedrooms for easy clean-up. Dramatic entry with dark cherry finished solid-wood door and glass side lights, upgraded lock set. 3 car garage provides room for hobby or workbench. Fenced yard for kids or pets. Nice neighborhood parks within easy walking distance, including nearby Cerro de Las Posas Park. DirecTV dish installed (hidden behind the chimney so it doesn't look bad, but it's there and available for use as soon as you activate the service)

What I love about the home

Very quiet neighborhood - birds chirping, the sound of the breeze. We sleep with the windows open in the warmer months and never notice any noise. The location is very central to almost everything in the North County. With the opening of the Los Posas ramp to the 78, freeway access is quick and convienent, but not close enough to be bothersome (about 1.2 miles). Plenty of eating (San Marcos Restaurant Row - 2 miles), shopping (Lowes, Best Buy, Home Depot, Sports Chalet, plus many others, all within 3 miles), and entertainment (Edwards San Marcos - 18 screens, 2.5 miles) - close and convenient.
