Beautiful 29th floor corner unit facing west with unobstucted views of Minneapolis skyline, St Paul Cathedral, and Minnesota State capital!

What I love about the home

Breathtaking views from the 29th floor. Two photos that I have taken from my unit have been published in the Capture Minnesota photography book (one in 2011 and the other in 2012)! Feel free to check out my Capture Minnesota page to see many pictures taken from this condo. http://www.captureminnesota.com/users/fasciN8photo It faces west and has a view that encompasses the St Paul Cathedral, Downtown Minneapolis Skyline & the State Capital! The building is steel and concrete construction so I never have any issue with noise from the units above or around me. New lightrail station less than 1 block from the front door. 94 express bus stop across the street. New Pedro Park in progress across the street. New Lunds grocery store across the street. Nice Ride bike access less than 1 block. about 9 restaurants in a 3 block radius. Very safe with fire department across the street and building security. Incredible amenities for buildings in this area. Awesome layout of the unit with bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit. New apartments going in across the street (the Penfield) and a similar size unit will rent for > $1,700/mo! Wonderful condo!
