Well maintained home in area of similar homes near Victoria?s Garden. Home features an open floor plan with 9 foot ceilings and is great for living and entertaining. The kitchen has an ?eat in? area and plenty of counter and cupboard space. The 3 bedrooms are all separate from each other, a great balance to the open living areas. Both the covered front porch and the back covered patio are very inviting areas for visiting or for a quiet cup of coffee and a book. Paint, flooring, window coverings are all in excellent condition?ready to move in from top to bottom. The master suite has a walk in closet and a bathroom with separate shower and tub as well as a separate toilet room. New homes offer options?as this one did when new. There is a den/office off the living room which could be converted to a bedroom. Also, tax records show a 3 car garage. There is only a 2 car garage, but the extra space was built as an additional bedroom. Therefore the stated square footage of 1748 feet is actually 1948 square feet (all permitted) despite what is shown in the assessor?s tax records.
