My Notes

This is an amazing deal right on the water. You can choose to rent, rent to own, or buy. Close to downtown, the River City Marketplace, all the city's magnet schools, the Jacksonville Zoo (accessible by boat for free or paid by car), and the JAX airport (not close enough to hear the planes land). You can take your boat to the Landing or to watch the Jaguar games. This house is located on a quiet piece of water, but is connected to to the St. John's so it's great if you're looking for a quiet fishing spot, or looking to jump waves on your jet ski! The sun sets over the water in the evenings which is why we built a large deck as well as a huge dock house including an 18 ft bar, air conditioning, a bathroom, lights underneath (to catch shrimp), pole holders, and a stainless steel sink to clean your fresh catch on the side. This is a dream home for anyone who likes to fish/ eat the freshest seafood of your life. Great house for entertaining. We've even had people get married here.
The inside features, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms (in marble) with granite in the kitchen. There is carpet in the master bedroom but all other floors are done in a hard wood laminate. The house is brick on the outside. We have an enormous pecan tree as well as a naval orange tree, pink grapefruit tree, meyer's lemon tree, etc. These all produce fruit.
Unfortunately, my husband had to take a job in Tennessee and we have to let this house go. We really love this home. Rent to own or buy today! Message me for more pics and you are seriously interested. We will consider all offers. Thank you for your consideration!

What I love about the home

We love watching storms roll in over the water, sitting in the swing out back to watch the gorgeous sunsets every night, taking baths in the oversize jacuzzi tub, grilling and eating outside on the deck, taking the boat to Jaguar games on Sunday, swimming in the river on lazy weekends, spending time with our wonderful neighbors. There's really nothing that we don't love about this home. We are very sad to have to part with it.
