What I love about the home
We love not having to mow or shovel snow and the quiet, friendly South side neighborhood. I work downtown and it is an easy commute along Southeastern Avenue. The neighborhood has easy access to 465 to head anywhere in the Indianapolis area within minutes. Wannamaker is a short drive or bike ride away with light grocery shopping and restaurant options, while a quick jaunt to Beech Grove on the next exit of 465 will greatly expand your options. I built the home in 2005 and I have really enjoyed the friendly, quiet atmosphere that the neighborhood provides.
