This property is perfect for a small business owner. In addition to a 4 bedroom home(2865 sq ft.), it also has a work shop (2400 sq. ft. 40 X 60 feet) as a detached structure, in the back yard. The home is carpeted and ceramic tiled (about half and half). Interior is spotless and painted in white. Built in 1984, slump block construction, 2 car garage with epoxy floor. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Roofed patio is 10 feet by 50 feet, close to kitchen. Outdoor electric outlet, breakfast nook seats 4. New shingles (asphalt) 2012. New outside paint (2013. Sewer drainage 100% check out 2013. Cox cable internet hookup with WIFI (2014).The shop could qualify as Light Industrial in character and has been used as a R&D type machine shop, custom built for present owner in 2000. Slump bloc construction to match home. Heat and AC. There is a 3 phase electric power converter with 15HP capacity. Ceiling buss duct distribution for electric power, easy to re-arrange for placing new power drop cords to suit new owner's needs. Concrete floor, epoxy coated (gray). Compressed air distribution installed plus scattered 110 volt wall outlets, Florescent overhead lighting (high out put 2 lamp 8 foot fixtures). Ceiling 1/2 inch think plywood for easy installing of needed accessories. Ceiling height 9'2". There is a walled off tool crib (30 X 7ft with 30 inch aisle down center) with steel shelving anchored in place. Office space by front door (8 X 10ft. The concrete driveway from street to shop has 8500 lbs per foot rating to allow heavy machinery(load plus lift truck)The lot size is .68 acres. It has a triangular shape looking from above with most of the footage in the rear which gives a lot of practical space. Beyond the back property wall is the SRP canal with walking and bicycle paths so you have 200 feet of open space which gives a very agreeable prospect. There is a swimming pool but it has been filled with sand to avoid upkeep costs and perimeter fencing. It can be reclaimed as a pool if desired.  More Less
