My Notes

Charming Victorian home with huge wrap-around Farmers Porch, conveniently located near Derry library. Walk to McGreggor Park, schools, and downtown from this wonderful 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home. Bay window bump-outs in living room and dining room. Large dining room with beautiful built-in hutch. Wood flooring throughout first floor except for kitchen and mudroom; traditional 7-inch deep baseboard moldings. So much character: feature front oval window, stained glass windows, and more. Three bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. Additional bonus rooms in 3rd floor walk-up. Partially finished basement and lots of storage. New roof, 20 yr. shingles (2013) and re-tarred flat roof on side (2014). Town water and sewer! A really sweet home!

What I love about the home

Seller reports: "We love the stained glass windows, wide trim, built-ins, original hardwood floors, big windows ? all the charm of an older home. The space of the 3rd floor, huge wrap around front porch and the big back yard (for being in town) were a big plus too. We also loved that the house was so close to the library and the big park across the street. ...Derry is a great town. We love all the events ? concerts in the park, parades, special events in the park, etc. And it?s been so nice not to have to drive to any of them. There is also great, convenient shopping and a ton of restaurants."
