Remodeled & opened up, the working kitchen offers ample, light oak cabinetry, granite countertops w/breakfast bar, marble-tiled backsplash, C/T flrng, & ample task lighting. Just off the kitchen is the FR which has sliders to a patio in the back yard. Pull-down stairs give access to attic storage, & a solid shed also yields great storage space. New updates in 2009 include: roof shingles; garage door w/elec opener; gutters & drain pipes; a built-in A/C; & new storm door. In 2010, the driveway was redone & widened, and a storm door added at the back door. A new wall A/C was installed in 2013 as well. Custom blinds & barstools remain.
