Renovated kitchen features period reproduction appliances (Elmira Stove works gas oven, range and refridgerator), tin ceiling and pantry with farmer's sink and corian counters. Quaint neighborhood, reminiscent of Martha's Vineyard, and close to wonderful sandy beach, public boat landing, marina and Jubilee Yacht Club. Independence Park, Dane Street Beach, town with shops, restaurants and commuter rail are all nearby. Last house on a dead-end street with only 7 homes. Land purchase in May 2012 of 1,461 sq ft brings lot to over 4,100 sq ft.

What I love about the home

Ocean views, dead-end location, quiet and private neighborhood, HUGE deck in quaint-andscaped backyard. Brand new furnace, hot water tank and sewer pipe installed in 2011. New driveway, freshly painted walls. Wide pumpkin pine hardwood floors, ceramic tile in kitchen and bath. Bathroom has jacuzzi tub and has an ocean view to Lynch Park. Bedroom and living room have ocean views.
