This is a good investment because it is one of the few condos in Irvine that are NOT owned by the Irvine Company. Great for college students, newly-weds, or as a positive cash flow investment. I bought in 2005 and survived, that makes a very conservative investor, ask me for any kind of real estate investment advice.
This is not a short sale or REO. There are no agents to hassle with.
My price is set a bit high, but this is the price I wish to sell at. I'm in no hurry to sell. I can sell tomorrow, next year, 10 years later, or not at all. This home is over 75% paid-off, so I'm not a desperate seller, no low-ball offers please.
