The home has been completely wired for ethernet in case wifi can't reach and has a nice pantry/office area to support any central equipment. The first floor support living, dining and pantry + kitchen & a half bath, the second floor has the master suite, a second full bath, laundry and two bedrooms. The finished third floor has one large bedroom, nearby playroom space, full bath, a work room/storage space and a rear bedroom with half bath.
