Beautiful views, newly sided in vinyl, Pella replacement windows and slider, fullview door facing lake, brand new Maple Hardwood floor in the kitchen, two new windows in entry way for a perfect view of the lake, central air, new retaining wall in front yard, new oil tank, newer electric water heater, quiet street, privately owned lake. The main living area is 1742 sq. ft. with an additional 260 sq. ft. in the full but partially finished basement with a separate laundry room. We have 6 decks, gazebo, 2 sheds, you can see the lake from almost every room in the house, a new dock, Harmon pellet stove, hot tub, 100 ft. of lakefront, close to everything. Ice skating in the winter and great cookouts in the summer, room for 8 cars to park off road. New oil tank in 2012. Zillow's zestimate does not reflect that our home is on a beautiful private lake.
Neighborhood Description
The neighborhood and lake are very quiet. There are no jet ski's allowed on the lake. The street is very quiet.
