What I love about the home
The privacy created by the hillside, creek and surrounding land, which we own. Almost an acre -- with plenty of trees and wildlife for privacy. The neighborhood has a nice flow of tech junkies from Google, etc., and some grooving financial and music types. Lots of families and lots of athletic activities here: within 30 seconds: Blackie's Pasture, bike path, SF Bay. Strawberry Rec, Harbour Point, RIng Mountain.
