Beyond gorgeous. Entirely remodeled and fresh! Comes with hillside and privacy. Has it all: school district, extensive backyard, large lot, private hillside and creek.Cul de sac with 5 homes. Bel-Aire neighborhood of Tiburon. Del Mar, Bel Aire, Redwood and Tamalpais schools. 14 kids on our cul-de-sac, 12 of them younger than 8. 30 seconds from the bay. 60 seconds to RIng Mountain. 60 seconds to 101. Laundry room. 7 rooms in total plsu 3 full size bathrooms.

What I love about the home

The privacy created by the hillside, creek and surrounding land, which we own. Almost an acre -- with plenty of trees and wildlife for privacy. The neighborhood has a nice flow of tech junkies from Google, etc., and some grooving financial and music types. Lots of families and lots of athletic activities here: within 30 seconds: Blackie's Pasture, bike path, SF Bay. Strawberry Rec, Harbour Point, RIng Mountain. Did I mention Peet's?
