Where's the Zestimate?

County transactional data for this home is insufficient so we cannot calculate a Zestimate. We are adding data all the time, so be sure to come back.

Tax Assessor's Value

Depending on the jurisdiction where you live, this value could be the tax assessed, tax appraised, or market assessed value. This value comes from the taxing authority of the city, county or state where you live; this is not Zillow's value.

Note: Tax assessor's values differ from Zillow's Zestimate, which is computed by entering numerous data points into a proprietary formula, often resulting in a more accurate value estimate.

My Notes

Edit
Location-Location-Location- One block from the Greenway. 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Home/Duplex. Ceramic tile on the bathroom floor and around the tub. Linoleum black and white tile in the kitchen with a spanish style tera cotta tile countertop with white cabinets. Gas funace for heating. High Speed Internet Ready. Just minutes from some of the best Restaurants in Charlotte ( Cabo Fish Taco, Amelie's Bakery, Intermezzo, Whiskey Warehouse, Bistro La Bon, LuLu's, Midwood Smokehouse, Cajun Queen, Fig, Hawthorne's Pizza, just to name a few). Great for a young professional, students or anyone who wants to live in a very "HIP" and "Up and Coming" area. The house is a block from the Little Sugar Creek Greenway with walking/running trails and Cordelia Park with an outdoor basketball court and swimming pool (that costs $1 per person in the summer). There are public tennis courts and a soccer field about 10 blocks away from the house. So there is plenty to do right around the house and you of course also have all the options that Uptown Center City has to offer since it is only 1.5 miles from the home. Yard maintenance is free of charge. Market guide

Zillow predicts Belmont home values will increase 1% next year, compared to a 2.7% rise for Charlotte as a whole.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Belmont, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 66.6% greater than in Charlotte, and 144.8% greater than the national average. This higher local number may prevent Belmont home values from rising as quickly as other regions in Charlotte.
