What I love about the home

One of the Valley's first "west side" neighborhoods developed by Caputo in the early 1950s, it is well-established and very stable. Kids and grandkids of original owners have returned to raise third and fourth generations here. Walk to Santana Row & Valley Fair (1 mile). Easy freeway access. Two blocks to middle school. 4 blocks to the park and 8 blocks to elementary school.
