As you walk into this luxury condo at The Mark complex located in the East Village/Ballpark neighborhood, you will notice the amazing panoramic views over Downtown San Diego, the mountains to the east, peek views of the San Diego Bay and the planes coming in for landing in the distance. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops and opens up towards the living room. There are hardwood floors throughout except tile flooring in the bathroom and carpet in the bedroom. A stackable washer and dryer are located in the hallway area and there is a large walk in closet in the bedroom. Step out on the good size balcony that is east facing with peek views into Petco Park and that is perfect for entertaining or sit down and just soak in the views and relax.Rent is $2,550/month. Security Deposit is equal to one month’s rent. 1 parking spot is included in the rent. If desired, a second parking space can be rented for an additional $150/month. Small pet ok! 12 month lease!
