Lovely, private, craftsman home on a corner lot. This home is ready to move-in now! Hard-wood floors throughout the home, floor furnace heating, new double pane vinyl windows, lovely french doors to the patio which leads to the extra large backyard. There is a private outdoor, raised jacuzzi and a private office(playroom, studio) next to the jacuzzi which are both set back on the far side of the home for privacy relaxing or working. The double car garage and two car driveway provides ample parking spaces to go along with the ready parking in front or on the side of the home. Trees and large shrubbery offer privacy for the back yard. Ceiling fans in the rooms provide relief for the couple days a year it gets hot but being so close to the ocean the breeze is a daily reprise. It is close to excellent shopping, freeways, the airport and all the places to be in LA. Hurry up this won't last long!  More Less
