My Notes

Back on the market. Best unit in the complex! Top floor corner unit with spectacular city views, 3 balconies, not just 2 parking spaces BUT 3 (try to find that treasure anywhere else!), extra storage units, nicely upgraded. Very well-maintained building. HOA has recently replaced the rooftop water heater and storage tanks, remodeled the lobby and rooftop sundeck, and upgraded the fire alarm system and video security cameras. Complex has nice amenities including club house and a bike storage room. Close to restaurants, downtown venues, public transportation (walk to the Blue Line) and freeway access. This is the place to enjoy all that the City has to offer!
