This is a safe neighborhood with wide streets. The Denver Mormon Temple is at the top of the neighborhood, so while you cannot really even see it at our home, nor would you ever need to drive by it if you did not want to, due to the fact such a landmark is in the actual neighborhood, the area is well kept and beautiful.
