5 minutes to Peterson, 10 minutes to Shiver, 25 min to Ft. Carson. Minutes away from any shop or restaurant! I am a great landlord... no slumlords here. Just ask my previous tenants. This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood, fully finished basement, nice yards with sprinkler system, new wood flooring on first floor, carpet in the basement and top floor, cat 5 cable throughout, TV hook ups in every room including the garage, ALL stainless steel appliances included... gas range and washer and dryer, 5 piece master bathroom with jetted tub, stand up shower, HUGE walk in closet, lots of storage, built in surround sound in the living room, and a flip switch gas fireplace. This home is a steal at this price and location. Plenty of kids running and playing around. It's on a circle street with no through fare... so the only traffic is the folks that live there. What I love about the homeIt's a large home but does not feel too big. Double master suites, one on the second floor and one in the basement; makes it awesome for roommates or teenagers THIS HOME WILL NOT DISAPPOINT YOUAvailable 15 April 2014. Pets are $20 per month, per small pet, and $30 per month for large pets, in pet rent but is dependent on what type of pets you have.
