First floor, street facing is a commercial unit that is ready to be built out as a commercial space or turned into a garage after having had recent seismic improvements made. (No photos of first floor units at this time.)
Both units each have their own washer/dryer hook-ups, energy efficient tankless water heaters and water-saving low flow toilets. Original re-done softwood floors in upper unit, downstairs unit has new hardwood floors. Shared backyard space also has a small patio/entry for the downstairs unit.
This building is in historic Dogpatch and is near many fabulous restaurants (Piccino, Serpentine, Just For You, Hard Knox Cafe, Poquito, Chocolate Lab, Gilberth's, and more), as well as great bars (Yield Wine Bar, Dogpatch Saloon) not to mention nail salons, wine, beer and ice cream makers, as well as furniture shops, art studios and clothiers.
