New listing, available early August. Absolutely fabulous Livermore duet! Feels like a single family house with a 3500 square foot lot. This home is a large, two story duplex built in 2001. With 1772 square feet, three bedrooms, two and half bathrooms and a large two car garage (plus two driveway parking spaces). This house also offers a loft/den which can be used for office or entertaining purposes. The entry way is open and impressive, a coat closet and half bath is by the entry and opens to a large living room, dining room and wraps around to the kitchen with a dual basin sink, gas range, granite tile counters, oak cabinets and oak flooring, plus a pantry and inset lighting. Windows are dual pane, with wood shutters. Upstairs is a loft, another closet and a bathroom with shower over tub. Both bedrooms on the west side of the house have views of the windmills on the hills. The master bedroom has a big walk in closet, very large open bathroom with vanity table and shower over tub. The back yard is very light maintenance. Currently occupied, please do not disturb occupants or trespass. Rent $2575. Deposit: $2775 (a dog less than 25 pounds is negotiable, no cats). A fantastic bonus is being three doors down from the Northfront Neighborhood Park, walking path and is walking distance to Altamont Creek Elementary School. Not a section 8 property. great view of Diablo ranges and Altamont pass, nice park behind the house, less then 0.5 miles from 580, a big loft and a finished back yard.
