Available in August. No viewings until July 1. Application fee is 40 per person 18 and over. Lease 850 deposit is same. Kitchen appliances included. Pets must be under 40 pounds,max of 2 pets per unit and be up to date on vet care, 2 bedrooms upstairs with a full bath and a half bath with kitchen and living room downstairs. This is a townhome style unit, part of 4 plex unit. Central location makes an easy commute to the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Each unit has a small back yard with a patio to enjoy bbq or family time. Qualifications required to lease the unit include: NO SMOKING. This is a totally smoke free building meaning inside and out. We have many reasons why we have had to do this, so this has resulted in a totally nonsmoking policy. No smoking is permitted on the premises within 100 feet of the building. All tenants that lease here, desire, respect, and EXPECT their neighbors and guests to be NONSMOKERS. There is no exception to that rule and all persons residing here sign off that they will maintain a totally smoke free environment. NO PRIOR EVICTIONS/UNPAID LANDLORD DEBTS. Leases are legal binding contracts. Failure to abide by the terms of the contract results in a breach of contract. Landlords depend on your rent, adherence to contract terms etc to make business obligations run smoothly for all tenants. Since we want to honor and be honored in return, we do not accept applicants with landlord debts (breach of contract). Must make at least 2400 take home per month and be willing to keep a home that is reasonably clean, free of debris inside and out. Have verifiable income with pay stubs, SOLID rental history, valid license and ss card to prove identity. This is a 2 bedroom so there is a max of 5 people in the unit and 2 parking spaces. We maintain the lawn. Tenants Pay water and electric. We have awesome tenants that take pride in their units and love it here.
