Efficiency 1 and 2 bedroom duplex available. ***One bedroom is unit A for lease at $450. Bedroom is not very big(9x8), but is priced low for someone who needs to be centrally located in a clean unit. ***Two bedroom is unit C for lease at $550. Large living room and recently updated kitchen. Bedrooms are not very large with low 7ft ceilings(8x8). Must pass through 1st bedroom to enter 2nd. Great price for someone who needs a little more than a 1 bedroom and has large living room set. You pay electricity. Landlord pays water, gas, and yard service. Duplex is very affordable for the area because it has not been totally remodeled or updated.. Sorry, no washer/dryer hookups.
