We are starting the search for our next tenant, who will be able to move into the property on June 1st. The pictures included here are of a neighboring unit, which will let you see the general layout, but these are not of the actual 807 unit itself, since it needs to be renovated. However, we are glad to set up a showing with you so you can see the space and get a feel for what we are going to be doing, and it gives you a general idea of what the finished product will look like. There will be brand new paint on all the walls, brand new carpet everywhere upstairs, new appliances, refinished floors, etc. There is also a separate finished basement space accessible from the backyard area, which could be used as an office, second living area, etc. Enjoy your own yard, too, but don't bother with the mowing!
