Very nice townhome in a gated community, located less than a mile from the beach in back of the complex with great canyon views an just few feet away from pool and spa area, 3 beds, 2 ½ baths, 2 car attached garage, living room has a fireplace, master bedroom with balcony and every bedroom with walking closet. Also an extra room in the first floor perfect for an office space. Approximately 1,776 square feet with clean carpet and all appliances are included (washer, dryer, microwave, dish washer and refrigerator). The property has easy access to freeways (5, 76 and 101).
Minimum of one (1) year lease. Small pets considered, No smoking. Available for occupancy on 7/30/12. Deposit and credit check required.
