Hower Lake allows fishing, swimming and boating but no wake. It has access to North reservoir via a low bridge under State Mill Rd. To build a buyer should consult with Coventry Township Zoning and Environmental Summit County Heath Dept. There are no water or sewer lines in. Therefor, this property must pass a perc test along with a site plans if buyer intends to build a house.
