The apartment has beautiful hard wood floors.The kitchen has full size (30") stove and full size refrigerator and plenty of beautiful cabinets. There is access to a coin-operated laundry room.Window unit Air Conditioner is provided free of charge.There is a nice patio on the right side of the house with a picnic table, that can be used for relaxing, BBQ etc.Rent includes hot water, sewer and trash.Rent DOES NOT INCULDE electricity and heating and cooking gas, cable and telephone.Electric bill runs about $15-20/mo in the winter and little more in the summer depending on the A/C usage.
