It's a small, garden style brick building in a quiet cul-de-sac. There are total of six apartments in the building. The apartment is located on the first floor. The apartment is VERY sunny. The apartment has beautiful, newly refinished hard wood floors. There are ceiling fans in the living room and the bedroom.Rent includes hot water, sewer and trash.Rent DOES NOT INCLUDE electricity, heat, cooking gas, cable and telephone.Electric bill runs about $15-20/mo in the winter and little more in the summer depending on the A/C usage.Heating/cooking gas bill runs about $40-60/mo on average.Window unit Air Conditioner is provided free of charge.There are coin-operated laundry facilities available on site.The apartment is located within minutes of walking from shopping, Sligo Creek Parkway, Long Branch Parkway and is on a bus line. Minutes from 495-Beltway and newly developed downtown Silver Spring.1.5 mi to the Metro (Takoma), bus stop is around the block. UM Shuttle stops within 200 yard from apartment.Washington Adventist Hospital is five to ten minutes walking distance.We accept pets!
