What I love about the home

LOCATION! walk to downtown. walk to the rockies, bronco's, avs. games. walk to the fireworks! walk to washpark or cheeseman park or city park or any other park! WALK TO THE GROCERY STORE! walk everywhere. replace walk with ride bike should you so desire! also, on our block, we have an annual block party. our street is family oriented. the younger house owners have young kids, while the longtimers enjoy the pain of us raise them :)
