This is a beautiful, comfortable family home on a cul-de-sac that backs up to the Green way with backyard access to McAlpine trail. 20 minutes from uptown, convenient to shopping, hospitals, I-485 and Ballantyne. What I love about the home

This home has an unique style not seen in other homes. Very safe neighborhood, closed to everything, highways, shopping, entertainment, Ballantyne, Downtown Charlotte and South Carolina. It backs up to the McAlpine trail, great to walk pets or go for a run.
