What I love about the home

This property is outstanding if you are a a young professional on the go. You live downtown, without living downtown. The neighborhood is outstanding. The building is in great condition. And, it's a good investment. They are not building any more condos that look like this one. Sure, developers will build townhomes that are iffy at best. However, your next home has an original look and a location that you will love. You are blocks away from downtown employers, coffee shops, local markets and the Des Moines Sculpture garden. The asking price is low. If you want to live downtown for less than $1000/mo this is a great option. And, it could be a great investment.
