Renovations in 2014 included: new flooring throughout, new entry door, new counters and fixtures, and new paint and color scheme. 695 sq feet, full bath, a spacious bedroom, newer double-pane windows, and lots of closet space. Extra storage in shared laundry room.
This garden-view apartment welcomes morning sun and enjoys year-round greenery. Kitchen exhaust fan and quiet new bath fan vent to outside for good ventilation.
Stroll up to the Kona Kitchen one block north, or cross the street for crepes, coffee, or pizza at neighborhood gems Cafe Javasti and Flying Squirrel Pizza. Stroll two blocks west to Roosevelt to enjoy more cafes, restaurants, shops, and the newly expanded Maple Leaf Park. Just 3/4 mile north of Greenlake, with easy access to I-5, UW, and Northgate.
Easy street parking and bike access. On bus routes to Northgate Transit Center, UW, express buses to downtown Seattle, via South Lake Union (routes 66 and 67), to Microsoft in Redmond (242), and to Issaquah (556).
