Great location and motivated seller are an excellent combination.This home is extremely well taken care of and is ideal for a growing family or for the couple that is just starting out. The basement is well done and has a laundry room, living area and plenty of storage. There are two nice sized rooms on the upper level and one on the main floor. The home is situated on a nice corner lot, with a large circular drive, fenced rear yard and very ample front yard; the landscaping is well maintained. Location is unbeatable!!!
