We de-seventyized this house over the last 10 years of living here. We have redone every room in the house including a $35k kitchen remodel with all new stainless appliances, corian counter tops, tile floor, Thermador 5 burner gas stove, commercial stainless island kitchen hood with commercial roof mounted exhaust fan. My wife loves to cook and we both love to entertain. Our house is on a dead end street just 15 minutes from downtown nashville and is like living in the mountains. Our downstairs we converted into a full bar with the Perlick commercial 3 keg beer cooler, overhead G-scale train, pool table, speakers wired from the upstairs system, full second entertaining den with great view of the trees and outdoors. This opens onto the 1300+ ft2 deck where we have a frigidaire $4000 outdoor stainless grille tied into the gas line. The beer cooler, bar, pool table and overhead train all stay with the house.
All furniture in the house is negotiable as we are selling everything. We will be happy to sell the house fully furnished for an additional amount.
This house has to be seen to be believed. You will not find another mountain retreat this close to downtown Nashville under $500k!!!
