What I love about the home

The skylights create a breezy, airy home, where light breaks up the New England Winters and the cross breeze makes AC unneeded in the mild seaside summers. In the middle of old town, you can walk to everything, leaving your car in the deeded parking space. The gas cooking stove in the kitchen Island overlooks the great room, so you can cook and talk to your family or guests at the same time. You won't feel claustrophobic in this condo, because unlike so many renovated places in Marblehead, the ceilings are high, the open layout feels gigantic, and the light is everywhere!
