Awesome deal, great Duplex opportunity for investors or owner looking for extra income. Each unit with opposite entrances. Each Unit has it's on parking space, electric meter, and own separate address. The lot is full of mature trees. The back unit has a bigger backyard, with a side entrance opposite from the other unit. The front unit has a front entrance with a side yard, spacious enough for some outdoor grilling. Newer AC units, and electrical panels. One unit is currently rented for convenience of quick income. There are great advantages on owning a duplex, like getting help with your mortgage payments, you can rent it to a family or friend, etc. Or as an investment property renting both units.
