My Notes

What a remarkable brick home with an over sized 2 car detached brick garage with electric! The home is larger than it appears from the outside and was built with quality. No need to replace dirty carpets,the whole house has yellow oak hardwood floors and tile. Very nice replacement windows throughout (except bay window in living room) to help with temperature control and easy to clean. The roof is only about 10 years old. Appliance package included. Walk through the front door to a large bright living room with a coat closet for convenience. Kitchen is U shape and has ample counter space, counter cook top with exhaust fan, wall oven, double sink with UV water system, and solid wood cabinetry. Kitchen has counter open to dinning room and more cabinets below counter on dinning room side for storing tableware. A 3 season room off of the kitchen provides nice summer entertainment and dinning. The downstairs bedrooms are nice size with good closet space. Upstairs you will find a master suite with two wall cedar closets with double bars for hanging clothing and more closet space with shelving. You won't run out of room to store your belongings. When the upstairs was finished it was insulated to help on heating and cooling. Utility costs are low. The basement is separated into two rooms so that the utilities are out of site.
