"The space that I am renting out is a Mother-in-Law style basement that includes a bathroom, bedroom, living room and a BRAND NEW kitchen. I had this kitchen professionally installed last month and it is ready to be broken in. There is a parking spot in the front of the house with your own entry. The only shared item is the laundry which is at the bottom of the stairs.
It's a very nice neighborhood, easy access to a bus downtown. A short walk over to Lincoln Park and the Fauntleroy Ferry. About 10 minutes to the West Seattle Bridge.
Additional utilities will also be required (heating, elec, water, trash)
Also note that the bedroom shown was what a previous renter did, the room is now empty. The only furnishings are in the Kitchen and the Laundry.
