Paid $520,000, invested $45,000 in landscaping - lots of trees and rock -- upgraded wood blinds, bookshelves and fireplace, additional storage, and a HUGE concrete driveway and parking area. This is the most beautiful home in Country Farms.

What I love about the home

Backyard has a south-western view of Front Range and wide open spaces. Convenient downstairs master with large laundry room off of the walkin closet is SO easy to use! Open and airy yet warm and inviting. Full living area upstairs for 2 BR and full bath. Custom built in desk in front office. Nursery or second office with full bath. Kitchen and living room area well designed. Formal dining room/area with high ceilings - lots of room. Finished basement would double the s/f to over 6000.
