Neighborhood Description
Typical middle class neighborhood, a mix of young couples with young kids, some single parents with older kids, and some empty nesters. Home prices range from some doubles in the low $100k's to some larger homes right at $200k. The elementary, junior high, and high school are all within walking distance of the house and all sidewalked. The proximity to 270, 315, and Northwest Library is great. New Walmart opening on Sawmill/Hard Road area 2014 and new Target opening in Powell Fall of 2014. Just minutes from the Columbus Zoo and Zoombezi Bay water park! Close to lots of shopping on Sawmill Road, Whole Foods and Sam's Club! Worthington School District. Assigned schools are Liberty Elementary (K-6), McCord Middle School (7&8) and Worthington Kilbourne HS (9-12) 

What I love about the home

We love the large great room on the upper floor which has a view of the backyard, deck access, and two skylights. The kitchen is easy to cook in with room for a small table. We like how the bedrooms are all clustered at one end of the upper floor, so we can be close to our boys. The family room and half bath on the lower floor is a great place for our boys to keep their toys and go to play. Lots of shelves for storage in the Laundry Room. Garage with two sump pumps. Beautiful flower bed in the front with daffodils, tulips and crocus blooming in the spring and a variety of Hosta for the summer! Just fill in a few open spaces with your favorite annuals!
