Where's the Zestimate?

County transactional data for this home is insufficient so we cannot calculate a Zestimate. We are adding data all the time, so be sure to come back.

Tax Assessor's Value

Depending on the jurisdiction where you live, this value could be the tax assessed, tax appraised, or market assessed value. This value comes from the taxing authority of the city, county or state where you live; this is not Zillow's value.

Note: Tax assessor's values differ from Zillow's Zestimate, which is computed by entering numerous data points into a proprietary formula, often resulting in a more accurate value estimate.

My Notes

Edit
Here is a truly uncommon home with a fascinating story. A sleek, linear 1950 modern home designed by one of the underappreciated masters of the Northwest modern tradition, James Chiarelli. Chiarelli designed numerous homes and commercial buildings in and around Seattle. Some of his most notable contributions were made during his 5-year partnership with celebrated architect, Paul Hayden Kirk. Embodying many of the design principles that distinguish NW modern architecture, this rare property features a simple open layout, numerous and cleverly placed windows that maximize natural light without sacrificing privacy, and a fluidity between indoor and outdoor spaces and structures. The current owners remodeled the home in 1992, BUT DONT WORRY, you wont find any mullioned oak cabinetry here! As purposeful stewards of this property, the owners partnered with local architect, Jeff Luth, adding 400SF to the footprint to create a master suite and to improve the flow of the kitchen/dining area. All upgrades were made with sincere reverence for Chiarellis original vision. Because all of the homes major systems and fixtures have been updated or replaced (roof, windows, plumbing, electrical, kitchen, bathrooms), it truly functions like a home that was built last year, but the bones and the overall feel of the house is unmistakably from the middle of last century. Situated in the award-winning Maple Leaf neighborhood, youre walking distance from just about anythingcoffee shops, parks, dinner and a movie, a cool new modern community center and library, and even a spectacular P-patch! Maple Leaf has a long-standing and very active community council committed to maintaining that quaint neighborhood atmosphere. AND you can be on the freeway or on a bus in just minutes.  More Less

Neighborhood: Maple Leaf

Zillow predicts Maple Leaf home values will increase 7.7% next year, compared to a 7.6% increase for Seattle as a whole.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Maple Leaf, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 10.2% greater than in Seattle, and 2.9% greater than the national average. This higher local number may prevent Maple Leaf home values from rising as quickly as other regions in Seattle.
