This lovely condominium is located in the desirable Madison Heights neighborhood. It is situated on the top floor and a front unit and it is one level with an abundance of interior storage. There is a balcony overlooking a nicely landscaped courtyard with a large fountain. The rooms are spacious with natural light from many large windows. The inside laundry is conveniently located in the large kitchen plus a community laundry for the complex. This is a wonderful place to call home and close to Metro Gold Line, Old Pasadena and South Lake shopping areas.
