Beautiful 2 story custom home overlooking a lovely, private 5 acre lake on 22.72 fenced acres.   The home is located in a rural setting, but is an easy drive/commute to Greensboro (about 45 minutes), Charlotte (about 45 minutes), Asheboro (about 30 minutes).  The home is conveniently located just a few miles outside of Denton NC for shopping, fuel and restaurants and less than 2 miles from the South Davidson High School and Middle School for those with children.

The home was originally designed as a 3BR but built in 2007 as a 2BR with 2 living areas (one up and one down).  The septic system is for a 3 BR home, so it could easily be converted to a 3 BR home if needed. 
The Master Bedroom with private bathroom (shower), kitchen, living room, dining area and laundry area are all on the first floor with French doors in living/Master BR leading to a porch overlooking lake/pastures/woods.  Upstairs is the 2nd Bedroom and large living area (that could be used as a 3rd Bedroom) and bathroom.  French doors off the BR/LR lead to the balcony with incredible views of the lake.  Outdoor ceiling fans keep the balcony cool in the summer, as well as chase away unwanted insects while lounging and taking in the view!
