Located atop Nob Hill, this gorgeous condominium is close to fine dining, world-class shopping, Grace Cathedral and the Financial District. This condominium features high ceilings, crown moldings, hardwood floors and distinctive architectural details. Upon entering, a beautiful foyer sets the tone with elegance and old world charm. The living room has a decorative marble faced fireplace, built-in shelves and features a handsome west window. There are 2 spacious bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The kitchen has a center island and new appliances. Off the kitchen is a dining room/family room which is great for entertaining. There is a room down, accessed by a private staircase off the kitchen. This room was previously used as a dark room and has access to plumbing. There is additional storage in the building. <p> There is garage parking for one car in the building. There is an additional outdoor parking place behind the building which is accessed on Joice Street. <p> This is part of a 15 unit condominium building.
